PATIENTS & FAMILY RIGHTS


  • Patients and family Rights include respecting any preferences, spiritual and cultural needs special.
  • Rights include respect for personal dignity and privacy during examination, procedures and treatment.

  • Rights include treating patient information as confidential - Rights include refusal of treatment.

Patients Responsibilities


  • Provide complete and accurate information about his/her health, including present condition, past illness, hospitalization, medications, natural products and vitamins, and any other matters that pertain
